When you request a service via WhatsApp, Call, or our website forms, we collect personal information necessary to fulfill your request. This includes your name, mobile number, vehicle/inverter details, and live GPS location or physical address.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is strictly used for operational purposes: to dispatch our mobile technicians accurately, communicate ETAs, generate digital invoices, and register your battery for its official OEM manufacturer warranty.

3. Location Services

If you use our "Detect GPS" feature in the booking modal, location data is only accessed with your browser's explicit permission at the exact moment of booking to generate a precise Google Maps pin for our dispatch team. We do not track you continuously.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing agencies. Your name, phone number, and battery serial number are only shared with the respective battery manufacturer (e.g., Exide, Amaron) solely for the purpose of validating your official warranty.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard digital security measures, secure servers, and encrypted WhatsApp business channels to protect against unauthorized access or alteration of your personal information.
